YouShouldFocus is a creative agency providing services including, but not limited to:

- Creative Strategy
- Graphic Design
- Vehicle Wrap Design
- Commercial Print Design
- Website Design & Development
- Digital Marketing
- Photography & Videography
- Advertising
- Print Production Coordination
- Consulting
Not every service includes production, installation, hosting, maintenance, or ongoing support unless specifically stated in a written proposal or agreement.
3. Quotes & Proposals
All quotes and proposals are usually valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may change due to:
- Material costs
- Vendor pricing
- Scope changes
- Timeline adjustments
- Customer-requested revisions
Only signed proposals or approved estimates constitute an agreement.
4. Deposits & Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit is required before work begins.
- Production work may require additional payments before materials are ordered.
- Final payment is due before project delivery, installation, launch, or release of final files.
Late payments may result in:
- Project delays
- Suspension of work
- Late fees where permitted by law
- Collection efforts
All deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Project Scope
Every project is based on the scope outlined in the approved proposal.
Requests outside that scope—including additional concepts, revisions, new pages, new deliverables, strategy changes, or content creation—may require a change order and additional fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide requested information in a timely manner.
- Supply accurate content and assets.
- Review work promptly.
- Obtain rights for any logos, photos, fonts, or materials they provide.
Delays caused by missing client information may extend project timelines.
7. Design Revisions
Revision limits are defined in each proposal or service package.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Changes requested after final approval may require additional charges.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
YouShouldFocus retains ownership of:
- Preliminary concepts
- Unused designs
- Creative processes
- Working files
- Native source files
- Templates
- Internal production files
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or licensing rights to the final approved deliverables as outlined in their agreement.
Fonts, stock photography, plugins, software licenses, and third-party assets remain subject to their original licensing agreements.
9. Portfolio Rights
Unless prohibited by a signed confidentiality agreement, YouShouldFocus reserves the right to display completed work in:
- Our portfolio
- Website
- Social media
- Marketing materials
- Award submissions
- Presentations
This includes photographs, renderings, videos, and project descriptions.
10. Website Services
For website projects:
Clients are responsible for:
- Domain registration
- Third-party subscriptions
- Hosting fees
- Plugin licensing (unless included)
Unless covered under an ongoing maintenance agreement, future updates are billed separately.
We are not responsible for downtime caused by:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Third-party software
- Security breaches outside our control
11. Marketing Results
Marketing and advertising performance depends on numerous factors outside our control.
While we use proven strategies and industry best practices, we do not guarantee:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Search rankings
- Leads
- Website traffic
- Return on investment
- Social media growth
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
12. Production & Installation
For projects involving print production or installation:
Colors displayed on screens may differ from printed materials.
Minor variations in:
- Color
- Material texture
- Lamination
- Placement
- Vehicle contours
are considered normal.
Customers are responsible for verifying artwork before approving production.
Approval constitutes acceptance of spelling, layout, colors, dimensions, and overall design.
13. Third-Party Services
We may coordinate with third-party vendors including:
- Printers
- Installers
- Developers
- Photographers
- Hosting providers
- Advertising platforms
While we work with trusted partners, we are not responsible for delays, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third parties.
14. Project Delays
Estimated timelines are based on timely client communication.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Client revisions
- Vendor delays
- Shipping issues
- Material shortages
- Weather
- Force majeure events
15. Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project in writing.
The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-recoverable production costs.
Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouShouldFocus shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Special damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouShouldFocus from claims arising from:
- Materials supplied by the client
- Materials purchased by YouShouldFocus
- Copyright infringement by client-provided assets
- Trademark disputes
- False advertising claims
- Improper use of completed work
18. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Distribute malicious software
- Copy website content without permission
- Interfere with website functionality
19. Privacy
Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
